The gold letter I measures 20 cm in height and its narrow shape with a slim stem and feet at the top and bottom is well suited for the middle of a longer inscription or at the beginning of a name. The top acrylic layer gives the surface a mirror finish, making the character look like polished metal, although the body is made of lightweight foam and the character does not have the weight of metal. The low weight is an advantage during application as the character does not pull the adhesive layer down and stays in place even on a vertical surface above doors. The back is flat and equipped with adhesive, allowing the letter to stick to a smooth wall, door, or glass, eliminating the need for drilling, anchoring, or subsequent hole repairs in the wall. The characters are supplied individually, allowing you to purchase exactly as many pieces as the word or name truly needs, without unnecessary surplus characters.

For longer inscriptions, it helps to stretch a guide line with tape and plan the spacing dry first to ensure all characters align in a single line, as they cannot be adjusted once pressed down. On rough plaster, wallpaper, or surfaces with grease residues, one should expect weaker adhesion and opt for mounting adhesive. Maintenance consists of wiping with a dry or slightly damp cloth without abrasive cleaners to keep the mirror surface scratch-free.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

How does it work?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
