Before first use, remove the protective film from the panel and place the fountain in a location without shade, as even partial shading of the panel reduces the pump's performance. The pump must always be fully submerged in water and must not run dry. After placing it in water, it is advisable to let the pump expel air before attaching the chosen nozzle. Keep the water clean and regularly remove and rinse the pump to prevent dirt, leaves, or algae from clogging its intake or nozzles. Floating objects on the surface may cover the panel, so remove them occasionally.

How do I return goods?

If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).
