The flat mop for paper towels and cloths makes everyday cleaning of floors, walls, and other surfaces in the home easier. Instead of special mop head covers, you can secure a regular paper towel, face cloth, wet wipe, or ordinary cloth, so you do not need to purchase replacement parts. The cloth is secured by simply pressing the handle, and after cleaning, it can be easily released without having to touch it. The head measuring 25 x 10 cm rotates 360°, allowing you to reach skirting boards, corners, and underneath low furniture. How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
