The carrier rests on a sturdy seat that supports the adult's hips and transfers the weight of the child from the arms to the waist. The seat is held in place by a wide waist belt with a buckle, complemented by a strap over one shoulder, distributing the load between the waist and torso. The shoulder is protected by a padded cushion with a mesh layer, and the same mesh is used on the back support that runs behind the child. There is a spacious zip pocket on the front of the seat and a smaller side pocket with mesh, which can hold a bottle or a pacifier. One of the pockets can also accommodate a phone, so it does not need to be carried in a bag and remains accessible while carrying the child, even when both hands are occupied.
- Sturdy Hip Seat – the shaped surface supports the child in a sitting position and prevents all the weight from resting on the adult's forearms, as is common when carrying in arms.
- Wide Waist Belt with Buckle – the belt wraps around the hips and clicks into place with a buckle, ensuring that the seat does not slide down even during longer walks.
- Shoulder Strap – the second point of support relieves the lower back and transfers part of the load higher onto the upper body, so the waist belt does not need to be tightened to the maximum.
- Padded Shoulder Cushion – the soft part with mesh rests on the shoulder and prevents the strap from digging into the muscle.
- Mesh Back Support – the padded strap attaches to the belt, runs behind the child, and holds them close to the adult's body from the back.
- Spacious Zip Pocket – the front wall of the seat can hold nappies, wipes, or a wallet, and the zip secures the contents even when leaning forward.

The carrier is useful for walking around the house, shopping, taking walks, and on trips where manoeuvring with a pram is more difficult and where walking often alternates with standing. The child must be held with a hand at all times, as the seat with back support does not replace a carrier with straps over both shoulders. The waist belt should be tightened around the hips, as this position carries the weight better than a belt tightened high under the ribs. Zips should be closed before washing, and pockets should be emptied to prevent the slider from catching on other items in the wash. Drying should be done by laying flat in the shade to maintain the original shape of the seat and shoulder cushion.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

How does it work?

- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
