Before first use, insert the batteries into the opener under the top lid. After opening the bottle, simply release the cork with the upper button and return the opener to the stand. Rinse the pourer and vacuum stopper with water after use and let them dry; simply wipe the opener with a cloth and do not submerge it in water. How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.

If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).
