Before first use, charge the opener and hold it vertically above the neck of the bottle while opening. Release the extracted cork with the second button. Rinse the stoppers and pourer after use and let them dry; the opener can simply be wiped with a dry or slightly damp cloth and should not be submerged in water.

How do I return goods?

- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.

If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
