Before first use, insert batteries into the opener. First, use the foil cutter to remove the foil from the neck, then position the opener vertically on the bottle and start it. Hold the bottle firmly on a flat surface while opening and keep the opener upright so that the spiral enters the cork straight and does not damage it. Rinse the stoppers and pourer with water after use, let them dry, and return them to the stand. Wipe the opener and stand with a dry or slightly damp cloth; never submerge the opener in water.

How do I return goods?

If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).
