Before first use, remove the top cap and insert the batteries according to the indicated polarity. If the bottle is sealed with foil, remove it first to allow the spiral to penetrate the cork straight. After extracting the cork, hold the upper button until the cork is released from the opener. The surface of the opener can be wiped with a dry or slightly damp cloth; do not immerse the device in water. If the opener is not used for an extended period, it is advisable to remove the batteries.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.

If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
