This multifunctional treat pouch carries rewards and plastic waste bags together in one place, so the owner has everything at their waist while walking and does not need to carry anything in their hands. The dimensions 20 x 12 x 14 cm indicate the height, width, and depth of the main pocket of the pouch, which can hold more than 100 small treats or a generous handful of kibble. The main opening is tightened with a drawstring with a sliding end, so the contents stay inside and can be quickly opened or closed with one hand at any time. A separate zippered side pocket holds an entire roll of plastic bags, and a pull tab dispenses a bag with one pull without opening the zip. How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
