The electric cup warmer keeps coffee, tea, milk, or cocoa pleasantly warm for as long as you work or relax. The mat with a power of 36 W plugs into a standard socket of 220–240 V and heats the drink directly in your favourite mug. Thanks to the 3 temperature levels, you can choose whether your drink should be just lukewarm, warm, or piping hot. The warmer operates completely silently, so it won't disturb you while working, reading, or watching a film. It is suitable for a desk in the office, a home study, or the kitchen.
The top surface of the warmer is made of tempered glass, which conducts heat well and withstands high temperatures. The surface is waterproof, so spilled coffee or tea won't seep inside, and you can simply wipe it clean with a cloth. The heating area has a diameter of 13.2 cm, accommodating standard mugs, glasses, stainless steel cups, and baby bottles. Control is managed by a sensitive touch button on the side, which turns the warmer on and switches between temperatures. Each level is indicated by a coloured light, so you can easily see what temperature is currently set. A long press of the button will turn off the warmer after use.

For best results, use a mug with a thin wall and a flat or slightly curved base, as such a base makes full contact with the heating surface. Covering the mug with a lid will help retain heat even better. Plastic containers, travel mugs, or double-walled glasses are not suitable for heating, as heat cannot pass through them. After cooling down, simply wipe the glass surface with a damp cloth, and the warmer is ready for further use. During operation, the top surface heats up, so do not touch it or place heat-sensitive objects on it.
The cup warmer is a practical aid for anyone who drinks warm beverages gradually and does not want to reheat them in the microwave. Its compact body with a diameter of 15 cm takes up little space on the table, and the long cable allows for convenient placement. How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
