The rainbow-headed cutter is a single-tooth tool for milling the metric thread M6 x 1 mm on CNC milling machines and machining centres. The body of the cutter is made of carbide, a hard material commonly used for precision cutting tools. The cutting head and neck have a coloured coating, and the clamping shank is silver. The thread is formed progressively as the machine guides the cutter along the helix according to the programme. The tool is clamped by a cylindrical shank with a diameter of 6 mm.

- Protection of Tooth and Coating — the cutting head may break under overload. Choose appropriate feeds and speeds, and clamp the tool firmly and accurately. Store the cutter in a case when not in use to prevent damage to the tooth or coating.

How do I return goods?
