The children's safety harness with lead is a practical tool for parents of toddlers who want to walk independently but do not yet understand the dangers around them. The harness is put on similarly to a small backpack worn facing forwards. You slide the shoulder straps over the child's arms, fasten the body belt with the buckle, and adjust the strap lengths to ensure the harness fits well without causing discomfort. You then simply clip the lead into the ring at the front. If the child does not want to walk on the lead at the moment, you can detach the carabiner and pack the lead away in your pocket or bag. How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

How does it work?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
