The ceiling rails are attached to the ceiling using the supplied screws and wall plugs, the pulleys with hooks are hung on the rope, and the assembly is ready for use. How do I return goods?

If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).
