The carbide tipped cutter with rainbow coating is designed for milling metric thread M4 x 0.7 mm on CNC milling machines and machining centres. The tool body is made of carbide, which is commonly used for precision cutting tools. The cutting head and neck have a coloured coating, while the clamping shank is silver without coating. The cutter has one tooth with a thread profile, and the thread is created by moving along a helix according to the machine's programme. It is clamped via a cylindrical shank with a diameter of 4 mm.

- Appropriate Cutting Conditions — the cutting head is small and can break under overload. Set appropriate feeds and speeds, and clamp the cutter firmly and accurately. Store it in a case outside the machine to prevent damage to the tooth or coating.
