The brush is suitable for regular grooming, especially in spring and autumn, when animals shed their coats and there are the most hairs in the home. Use short strokes in the direction of hair growth and in sensitive areas, such as the belly or armpits, apply only minimal pressure. For heavily matted areas, first gently detangle with a comb, as the brush edge is not designed for that. After each grooming session, wipe the edge and store the brush in a dry place to prevent the wood from becoming damp. For animals that dislike grooming, opt for shorter sessions more frequently rather than one long session. Regular grooming means fewer hairs on furniture and a more pleasant and breathable coat for the pet.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.

If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
