Thanks to Bluetooth 5.0 technology, it ensures stable and fast wireless transmission without delay. If you prefer a wired connection, you can use the USB input, which serves as both power and audio transmission. The speaker features two 2W drivers (total power 4 W) and a dual audio output that ensures balanced and full sound without distortion.
The built-in microphone allows for easy hands-free calls and online conferences. On the device body, there is a practical rotary volume control and a separate button for turning the lighting effect on or off. How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

How does it work?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
