The Bluetooth cassette adapter is a simple way to get music from your mobile phone to an older car radio that can only play cassettes. Before your first drive, charge the adapter and pair it with your phone in the Bluetooth settings. Then insert it into the cassette player, start playback, and adjust the volume on both your phone and the car radio. Leave the controller and cable lying freely to avoid pinching the cable when closing the player door. When not in use, remove the adapter from the player and turn it off with the button to prevent unnecessary battery drain. The cassette adapter only needs to be wiped occasionally with a dry cloth to prevent dust from entering the player mechanism.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
