The Bluetooth Battery Tester ANCEL BM200 is a wireless monitor that allows you to check the status of a 12 V car battery directly in a mobile app. The connection via Bluetooth 4.2 works at a distance of up to 10 metres, and the app is available for both Android and iOS phones. It displays voltage, temperature and battery charge status in real-time, and presents clear graphs of historical data. The monitor can store battery data for up to 30 days even without synchronisation, so you won't miss any measurements. When abnormal values are detected, the app will alert you directly on your phone, for example, if the charge level is low. Installation is easy – simply connect the leads to the battery terminals and scan the QR code to download the app.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
