Beeswax food wraps are a practical and reusable alternative to food wrap and single-use bags. The set includes three wraps in different sizes, so you will always find the right one for a small bowl, cut vegetables, or a larger dish with leftovers from dinner. The wraps are made from cotton fabric infused with beeswax, to which the manufacturer adds natural resin and jojoba oil. Thanks to this mixture, the fabric softens when warmed in your hands, clings to the edge of the container, and retains its shape when cooled. The largest wrap measures 33 x 35 cm and easily covers a wide bowl.

The wraps are suitable for covering bowls and plates, wrapping half a lemon, cucumber, apple, a piece of cheese or bread, and also for snacks for school or work. The medium wrap measuring 25 x 28 cm is ideal for a sandwich or baguette, while the smallest is perfect for small fruit, nuts, and pieces of vegetables. The cheerful print adds a splash of colour to the kitchen, and the wraps are also great for picnics or outings. The set is packaged in a paper wrapper with a window, allowing the print to be seen, and this makes it easy to store the wraps together.

Using them is simple. Place the wrap over the container or wrap the food and press it with your hands for a few seconds; the heat from your hands will soften the wax, and the wrap will conform to the shape. In cooler weather, it is advisable to press it for a little longer. After use, rinse the wrap with clean water; for heavier soiling, you can use detergent, do not scrub it and allow it to air dry. Fold the dry wrap and store it in a drawer or container. A fine layer of wax may remain on your hands after handling, which can be easily washed off with warm water.
