The LCD display on the front allows you to set the feeding time, number of meals, and portion size, and the device will dispense the pellets into the bowl below the chute according to the schedule. Hopper capacity of 2 L corresponds to a supply of dry pellets for several days of regular feeding, so the hopper does not need to be refilled before each individual feeding. Mains and battery powered provides the option of permanent connection to the mains or cable-free operation, with batteries not included and needing to be purchased separately. The bowl at the front slides out independently, and the top lid with a handle is removed when refilling the pellets, making the hopper accessible from above.

The smooth plastic construction is easy to wipe down with a damp cloth, and the removable bowl allows for washing without disassembling the entire device into parts. The power supply option allows you to keep the feeder permanently plugged into the mains or place it in a location without electricity, where battery operation will suffice. The 2 L capacity hopper only needs to be refilled every few days through the opening on the top, where the fitted lid keeps the pellets dry and out of reach of the pet.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

How does it work?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).
ExchangesA different size, colour or variant
Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
