Using it is simple. Place the foil cutter on the neck, twist it, and remove the cut foil. Then, position the opener vertically on the bottle and press the button on the side for extraction; the spiral will drill into the cork and pull it out by itself. Set the bottle down and press the opposite side of the button to eject the cork from the spiral. The surface of the opener only needs to be wiped with a dry or slightly damp cloth after use. If you do not use the opener for an extended period, store it in a dry place, preferably with the foil cutter, so you have everything together.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.

If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
