After putting it on, always check that two fingers can fit between the rope and the neck, as the adjustable loop is meant for control, not for constant pressure. While walking, ensure that the loop remains at the lower part of the neck and does not slide up towards the throat. How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.

If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
