Thanks to the strong adhesive, the adapter stays firmly on the case even when riding on uneven surfaces. It is made from durable plastic and takes up minimal space on the phone.
The adapter is designed for one-time application. The adhesive is very strong, so once removed, the adapter cannot be reused. It adheres best to a flat and solid surface, such as a smooth hard phone case. It is not suitable for soft silicone cases, cases with prominent patterns, or cases with a ring or other protrusions. Before applying, clean and degrease the surface of the case to ensure the adhesive adheres as well as possible. You can then use the phone with the attached adapter for navigation, tracking routes, or controlling music while riding, and easily remove it from the mount after stopping to take it with you. Place the adapter in the centre of the back so that the phone sits straight in the mount. Please note that the package contains only the adapter; the actual handlebar mount needs to be purchased separately. Therefore, check before buying that your mount has the corresponding fitting.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

How does it work?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
