This six-watt germicidal lamp measures 235 mm, significantly shorter than the longer variant, and that's why it fits even where a long tube would be obstructive: in a wardrobe, pantry, smaller bathroom, or under the kitchen counter. The light is emitted by a quartz T5 tube with a round cross-section, mounted between two metal brackets. Operation is handled by a cable with a switch plugged into a 220 V socket, with no additional unit or controller required. The recommended mode is a short cycle lasting several tens of minutes, repeated multiple times a week.

It is crucial how you use the lamp. Always start the cycle in an empty and closed room or in a closed wardrobe and do not enter the space while the lamp is on — ultraviolet light irritates the eyes and skin and should not fall on people, animals, or houseplants. For small enclosed spaces, a shorter duration from the recommended range will suffice. After sterilisation, open the space and allow it to ventilate before using it again. If you are mounting the lamp permanently, place it where children cannot reach it.
