Overview
30 W Fibre Laser Set with Rotary Axis for Marking Cylindrical Parts Galvo Scanner 1064 nm and USB Connection without LightBurn Software

Cylindrical objects cannot be marked with a flat field, which is why the set includes a rotary axis with a chuck that rotates the part during marking. The clamped object moves under the beam so that the text or graphics encircle the entire circumference without visible transitions. The laser source has a power of 30 W and operates at a wavelength of 1064 nm with a frequency of 40-60 kHz and a pulse width of 100 ±10 ns at 45 kHz. The beam is controlled by a galvo scanner with a marking speed of up to 8000 mm/s, a repeatability of under 13 µrad, and a positioning speed of 12 m/s at F=160 mm. The marking field varies according to the F-Theta lens, achieving sizes of 110 x 110 mm, 175 x 175 mm, or 200 x 200 mm. LightBurn software is not included in this variant; the machine is operated via the supplied BSL Lite with CorFile2 correction on a Windows computer.

  • Rotary Axis with Chuck – the chuck holds the tube, mug, ring, or shaft, and the motor rotates it, allowing the marking to be done around the entire circumference without manual repositioning.
  • Adjustable Axis Holder – the rotary unit can be tilted and moved on the workbench according to the shape of the part and the height of the clamping.
  • 30 W Laser Source – nominal power of 30 W and smooth adjustment from 1 to 100 % allows for tuning the depth and contrast of the marking according to the surface and material of the part.
  • Galvo Scanner 8000 mm/s – rapid deflection of the beam reduces the time per piece, which is beneficial when marking larger batches of small parts or during repeat orders.
  • Air Cooling – eliminates the need for a water circuit, so the machine does not require an external cooling unit or its regular cleaning.
  • Power Supply and Protection – single-phase network 110-230 V with 50/60 Hz and a power consumption of up to 400 W, IP54 protection for the marking head and IP20 for the laser unit.

Contents of the package:

  • 1x fibre laser marking machine
  • 1x rotary axis with chuck

This set is suitable for workshops and operations where tools, rings, tubes, casings, or jewellery are marked, and where flat surfaces alternate with cylindrical parts. The marking head moves along the column, allowing focusing to be adjusted according to the diameter of the clamped object and the surface remains in focus. Operation takes place in an environment with a temperature of +5 to +35 °C and humidity up to 90 % without condensation, i.e., in a typical workshop room. Before starting the actual work, it is advisable to test the settings on a scrap piece to ensure the rotation speed and power are correct and that the text aligns around the circumference. LightBurn is missing in this variant, so it is expected to use the supplied software or a personal license if the operator uses it. Thus, the set with the rotary axis covers both flat and cylindrical parts without the need to purchase additional accessories.
