The plastic pipe cutters can handle cutting pipes directly at the installation site, without a saw, extension cord, or the need to clean up sawdust. The jaw opens up to 63 mm, allowing it to grip bulkier waste and pressure profiles used in water and heating systems. The dimensions of length 260 mm and width 105 mm provide leverage, enabling a one-handed squeeze to translate into a smooth passage through the material. Suitable materials include PVC, CPVC, PP, PEX, PE, rubber hoses, and multilayer pipes, which are commonly used on construction sites and in technical rooms. The frame is made of aluminium alloy, and the blade is made of SK5 steel or manganese steel, which is durable and not easily breakable. The pipe is inserted into the jaw from above, so the piping does not need to be disconnected from the fitting or removed from the holders.

  • Maximum Grip – jaw opening 63 mm can accommodate thicker waste pipes and conduits that smaller cutters would not reach across the entire cross-section. The jaw grips the pipe from three sides and holds it in place when squeezed, preventing the material from slipping.
  • Blade – blade thickness of 2.8 mm keeps a straight path and does not leave a frayed edge, allowing for joints to be glued and pressed without the need for trimming. The thicker blade also better resists twisting when cutting harder materials and stays sharp for longer.
  • Lock – the metal latch at the bottom secures the jaws together, folding the tool and taking up less space in the case. The secured blade also keeps away from hands or the contents of the bag when retrieving tools.
  • Materials – plastics and multilayer profiles in one tool, from soft PE to harder CPVC systems. One tool thus replaces a saw, knife, and separate scissors for garden hoses.
  • Frame – aluminium alloy withstands abrasion against concrete, does not deform under full pressure, and the surface can simply be wiped clean after use. The tool can also be stored in an unheated workshop, garage, or service vehicle.
  • Handles – long arms with soft inserts distribute pressure into the palm, ensuring that even serial cutting of pieces remains comfortable. The surface of the handles does not slip in wet conditions, while wearing gloves, or when working in a trench.
