The Edison ST64 bulb features a spiral filament wrapped around a glass rod at the centre of the bulb. The spiral is held in place by thin wires that extend from the rod like rays. The elongated bulb made of transparent glass tapers downwards and ends with a brass E27 base. When switched on, the spiral glows with a warm yellow-orange light, giving the glass a golden appearance. The bulb has a power of 40 W and is powered from a standard 220 V supply.
- Spiral Winding — the filament forms a helix with several turns that encircles the central rod. Each turn is secured at the ends by supporting wires, ensuring the spiral maintains its regular shape.
- Supply Wires — beneath the spiral, two angled wires lead downwards, supplying current to the filament. Both disappear into the glass base just above the socket.
- ST64 Bulb — the glass is widest at the top and gradually narrows towards the base. The elongated shape stands out in pendants and wall lights, where the bulb is visible from the side.
- Dimensions — the bulb measures 6.4 x 14.2 cm: the width of 6.4 cm applies to the widest part of the bulb, and 14.2 cm is the total height including the base. Please measure the space in your lampshade or fixture before ordering.
- Base and Thread — the base is made of brass and has a golden hue. The bulb can be screwed into an E27 socket in chandeliers, table lamps, and pendants.
- Energy Consumption — every 25 hours of lighting equates to a consumption of 1 kWh of electricity. This is a traditional incandescent bulb, not an LED, and its consumption is therefore higher than that of LED sources.
- Warm Light — the light from the glowing spiral is warm and soft, without a cold white tint. It is best suited for evening lighting, such as when sitting at a table.
- Transparent Bulb — the entire spiral and the wires holding it are visible through the glass. The bulb therefore stands out best where it remains uncovered, such as in a metal cage or on the cable with a socket.
- Operating Temperature — both the filament and glass heat up during use. Replace the bulb only after switching off and allowing it to cool, and install it in fixtures where there is ample space around it.
- Installation — before screwing in, switch off the light fixture and tighten the bulb gently by hand, without using force.
- For Retro Interiors — the Edison bulb with spiral filament is suitable for homes and establishments decorated in retro, vintage, or industrial styles. At home, it can be used in the kitchen above the counter, in the study, or in the attic.

How do I return goods?
