The straight three-edged cutter measuring 10 x 26 mm is a grooving cutter designed for milling wide grooves, half grooves, and cut-outs in wood. The cutting diameter is 10 mm and the blade length is 26 mm, making it suitable for wide and medium-depth grooves. The blades are made of carbide (TCT) and the cutter is fitted with a shank diameter of 12.7 mm, which is 1/2 inch. It can be used in a router, CNC router, or engraving machine. The cutter is silver with a grey transition between the shank and the blades.
- Grooves width 10 mm — the cutter creates a groove 10 mm wide with a flat bottom and vertical walls. It is suitable for joints and recessing thicker boards and fillings.
- Cutting length 26 mm — the blades allow milling to a depth of up to 26 mm. For deeper grooves, mill progressively in multiple passes to avoid overloading the tool.
- Three working blades — during rotation, three blades engage in the cut sequentially, each removing a smaller chip. The cut is therefore smoother than with cutters with fewer blades.
- TCT carbide cutting edges — the cutting edges are made of carbide, which is harder than tool steel. This material is commonly used for wood and particle board cutters.
- Shank diameter 12.7 mm — the shank with a diameter of 1/2 inch fits into a 12.7 mm collet. A 12 mm collet is not suitable for it, so please check your machine's equipment before purchasing.
- Total length — the cutter measures 84 mm. The strong shank provides good rigidity in the collet, and the depth of insertion should be chosen according to the machine's manual.
- Routers, tables, and CNC — the cutter can be used in a handheld router, in a milling table, in a CNC router, and in an engraving machine, provided they have a collet for 1/2 inch.
- Wide grooves of medium depth — the cutter is designed for wood and multilayer particle boards. It is suitable for grooves and half grooves in frames, doors, shelves, and other furniture parts.
- Working recommendations — the wide cutter removes more material, so choose an appropriate feed rate and increase the depth gradually. Secure the workpiece firmly and wear protective eyewear.

How do I return goods?
