The silicone LED profile 80 x 30 mm with a white trim is a large recessed profile for installing LED strips into grooves in ceilings, walls, or floors. The body of the profile has a width of 80 mm and a height of 30 mm, creating a very wide band of light when illuminated. The upper white trim is 91.5 mm wide and, when the profile is pressed into the groove, covers its edges. The profile is made of flexible silicone, has a diffuser, and is supplied in a length of 1 m. LED strip is not included in the package and needs to be purchased separately.
- Width 80 mm — The very wide body of the profile is suitable for prominent light strips in ceilings, on large walls, or in commercial spaces where lighting needs to be highly visible.
- Centre Foot — In addition to two side feet, the profile has a third, central foot in the middle of the base. All feet have a serrated underside.
- Channel Shape — The inner walls of the channel are slanted and the base is curved and serrated. The LED strip is placed in the channel with the diodes facing upwards.
- White Trim 91.5 mm — The trim is 11.5 mm wider than the body of the profile and overhangs approximately 5.75 mm on each side. After installation, it lies on the surface and covers the edges of the groove.
- Dimensions — The body of the profile measures 80 x 30 mm, the width of the trim is 91.5 mm, and the length of the profile is 1 m.
- Diffuser — The entire upper surface of the profile consists of a diffuser that disperses the light from the LED strip into a continuous wide band of light.
- Flexible Silicone — The profile is made of silicone that can be bent. It can be used on straight sections as well as in curves, for example, with rounded ceilings.
- Installation — Mill a groove approximately 80 mm wide and 30 mm deep. Insert the LED strip into the channel and press the profile into the groove until the trim rests on the surface. The ribs on the sides of the profile help keep the profile in the groove.
- White Finish — Both the body of the profile and the trim are white, making the profile inconspicuous after installation on white ceilings, walls, and plasterboard ceilings.
- Uses — The profile is suitable for prominent linear lighting of ceilings, walls, receptions, shop windows, sales counters, or exhibition areas in shops, showrooms, offices, hotels, and restaurants.
- Without LED Strip — The package contains only the silicone profile. The LED strip and power supply are purchased separately. Before purchasing, ensure that the width of your strip matches the channel of the profile.
- Package Contents — 1x silicone LED profile 80 x 30 mm with white trim 91.5 mm, length 1 m (without LED strip)
