The silicone LED profile 60 x 25 mm with a white trim is a very wide and tall recessed profile for installing LED strips into a groove in the ceiling, wall, or floor. The profile body has a width of 60 mm and a height of 25 mm, so when illuminated, it creates a very wide light strip. The white trim, which is 68 mm wide, sits on the surface after being pressed into the groove and covers its edges. The profile is made of flexible silicone with a diffuser and is supplied in a length of 1 m. LED strip is not included in the package and needs to be purchased separately.
- Width 60 mm — The very wide body of the profile is suitable where lighting needs to act as a continuous light strip, for example in ceilings, above receptions, or along large walls.
- Height 25 mm — The profile requires a groove depth of 25 mm. It is therefore suitable for ceiling constructions, drywall with sufficient depth, or thick panels.
- White Trim 68 mm — The trim is 8 mm wider than the body of the profile and overhangs approximately 4 mm on each side. After installation, it lies on the surface and covers the edges of the groove along its entire length.
- Profile Shape — The inner walls are sloped, and the bottom of the channel is curved and notched. There are separate feet on both sides of the profile with a notched bottom side.
- Dimensions — The body of the profile measures 60 x 25 mm, the width of the trim is 68 mm, and the length of the profile is 1 m.
- Diffuser — The entire upper surface of the profile is made up of a diffuser that disperses the light from the LED strip into a wide continuous light strip.
- Flexible Silicone — The profile is made of silicone that can be bent. It can be used on straight sections as well as in curves, for example, on rounded ceilings or walls.
- Installation — Mill a groove approximately 60 mm wide and 25 mm deep. Insert the LED strip with the diodes facing up into the bottom of the channel and press the profile into the groove until the trim rests on the surface. The ribs on the sides of the profile help keep the profile in the groove.
- White Finish — Both the body of the profile and the trim are white, making the profile unobtrusive after installation on white ceilings and walls.
- Usage — The profile is suitable for prominent linear lighting of ceilings, walls, receptions, shop windows, bar counters, or exhibition areas in shops, showrooms, offices, hotels, and restaurants.
- Without LED Strip — The package contains only the silicone profile. The LED strip and power supply are purchased separately. Before purchasing, ensure that the width of your strip matches the channel of the profile.
- Package Contents — 1x silicone LED profile 60 x 25 mm with white trim 68 mm, length 1 m (without LED strip)
The silicone LED profile 60 x 25 mm with a white trim is designed for recessed lighting that aims to create a very wide light strip.
