The silicone LED profile 30 x 20 mm with a white trim is an extra wide recessed profile for LED strips, designed to be installed into grooves in ceilings, walls, floors, or thick panels. The body width of 30 mm and height of 20 mm create a spacious and deep channel for wide LED strips. The white trim, measuring 34 mm in width, sits on the surface after installation and covers the edges of the groove. The profile is made of flexible silicone, features a diffuser, and is supplied in a length of 1 m. LED strip is not included in the package and needs to be purchased separately.
- Spacious channel — The profile body, 30 mm wide, allows for the use of wide LED strips. With a height of 20 mm, the strip sits at the bottom of the channel, deep beneath the diffuser.
- Trim 34 mm — The white trim is 4 mm wider than the profile body and overhangs approximately 2 mm on each side. Once pressed into the groove, it lies flush with the surface and conceals its edges along the entire length.
- Dimensions — The profile body measures 30 x 20 mm, the trim width is 34 mm, and the profile length is 1 m.
- Diffuser — The entire top surface of the profile is made up of a diffuser that disperses the light from the LED strip into a continuous wide light band.
- Flexible silicone — The profile is made from silicone that can be bent. It can be used on straight sections as well as in curves, such as for rounded ceilings, walls, or counters.
- Installation procedure — First, route a groove approximately 30 mm wide and 20 mm deep. Then place the LED strip with the diodes facing up onto the serrated bottom of the channel. Finally, press the profile into the groove until the trim rests on the surface. Longitudinal ribs on the sides of the profile help to hold it in the groove.
- White finish — Both the profile body and trim are white. On white ceilings, walls, and plasterboard ceilings, the profile is unobtrusive after installation.
- Application — The profile is suitable for prominent linear lighting of ceilings, walls, floors, receptions, bar counters, or exhibition areas. It can be used in homes, offices, shops, showrooms, hotels, and restaurants.
- Without LED strip — The package contains only the silicone profile. The LED strip and power supply must be purchased separately. Before purchasing, ensure that the width of your strip matches the channel of the profile.
