The silicone LED profile 100 x 30 mm with white trim is an extra wide recessed profile for installing LED strips into a groove in the ceiling, wall, or floor. The profile body has a width of 100 mm, so when illuminated, it creates a light strip 10 cm wide. The height of the profile is approximately 30.5 mm according to the drawing, and the top white trim has a width of 112 mm. The profile is made of flexible silicone with a diffuser and is supplied in a length of 1 m. LED strip is not included in the package and needs to be purchased separately.
- Width 100 mm — The extra wide body of the profile is suitable for large area light strips in ceilings, above receptions, in shops, or on large walls.
- Base with three arcs — The base of the channel is divided into three slightly curved toothed sections. The inner walls of the channel are angled on the sides.
- Four feet — The profile has two side and two central feet. All have a toothed underside.
- White trim 112 mm — The trim is 12 mm wider than the body of the profile and overhangs approximately 6 mm on each side. After installation, it lies on the surface and covers the edges of the groove along its entire length.
- Dimensions — The body of the profile measures 100 x 30 mm, and according to the drawing, the height is approximately 30.5 mm. The width of the trim is 112 mm and the length of the profile is 1 m.
- Diffuser — The entire top surface of the profile consists of a diffuser that disperses the light from the LED strip into a continuous wide band.
- Flexible silicone — The profile is made of silicone that can be bent. It can be used on straight sections as well as in curves, for example, with rounded ceilings.
- Installation — Route a groove approximately 100 mm wide and a depth corresponding to the height of the profile. Insert the LED strip into the channel and push the profile into the groove until the trim rests on the surface. The ribs on the sides of the profile help keep the profile in the groove.
- White finish — Both the body of the profile and the trim are white. On white ceilings and plasterboard ceilings, the profile is unobtrusive after installation.
- Usage — The profile is suitable for large area linear lighting of ceilings, walls, receptions, shop windows, sales counters, or exhibition areas in shops, showrooms, offices, hotels, and restaurants.
- Without LED strip — The package contains only the silicone profile. The LED strip and power supply are purchased separately. Before purchasing, ensure that the width of your strip matches the channel of the profile.
