The plastic pipe cutter divides installations with a single press, without shavings and without the frayed edge left by a saw. The jaw opening up to 42 mm covers both waste and pressure profiles, which are used in water, heating, irrigation, and compressed air systems. It is suitable for PVC, CPVC, PP, PEX, PE, rubber hoses, and multilayer pipes, thus replacing several separate tools in the bag and speeding up the installation process. The body is made of aluminium alloy and the blade is made of SK5 steel or manganese steel, which retains its edge and does not break easily. On the underside, there is a metal buckle that secures the jaws after use, allowing the scissors to fold into a smaller shape. The opening and closing can be managed with one hand, leaving the other free to hold the pipe in place for cutting.
- Blade – SK5 steel with a thickness of 2.4 mm passes through the wall of the pipe in a single plane, ensuring the edge remains perpendicular and the joint fits without further adjustment. The blade retains its edge even after repeated cutting of harder profiles and does not require frequent sharpening.
- Opening – a maximum reach of 42 mm can handle waste, conduits, and thick-walled pressure pipes without resting on the ground. The pipe is inserted into the jaws from above, so it does not need to be released from holders or disconnected from fittings.
- Safety Lock – metal buckle on the lower edge keeps the jaws closed, ensuring the blade does not come into contact with the contents of the bag or hands during transport. Releasing it is a matter of a single thumb movement, making the tool ready for work immediately.
- Dimensions – length 230 mm and width 85 mm provide leverage for thicker profiles while still fitting into a case or toolbox. The width of 85 mm allows work even in spaces between closely run installations or right up against a wall.
- Construction – the aluminium alloy frame withstands wear and falls from the workbench and does not deform under full pressure. The surface can be wiped clean after use and does not require lubrication or special maintenance.
- Handles – shaped arms with non-slip surfaces hold firmly in the hand even when repeatedly cutting a larger number of pieces. The grip does not slip even in damp conditions, while wearing gloves, or when working in a trench.

After finishing work, simply wipe the blade, secure the jaws, and store the scissors back with the hand tools. It will also serve well for establishing drip irrigation, repairing garden hoses, or adjusting conduits for cables.
