The ratchet pipe cutter is designed for cutting pipes in tight spaces where a standard pipe cutter cannot rotate around its axis. The working range of 8 to 29 mm corresponds to the dimensions of water supply connections, heating systems, and cooling circuits in flats and technical rooms. The list of suitable materials is extensive and includes copper, aluminium, cast iron, stainless steel, PPR, and PE pipes, allowing one tool to serve both metal and plastic installations without additional equipment. The cutting wheel is pressed against the grooved adjustable wheel above, and the pipe is guided consistently between a pair of steel rollers. The body is made of industrial steel, which withstands repeated tightening and cutting of harder materials. The cutting progress is visible from above, allowing for easy checking of how deep the wheel has gone and whether the cut is consistent.

  • Ratchet Control – tilting the handle a few degrees replaces a full rotation around the pipe, allowing work even between closely spaced pipes. The pipe does not need to be released from the holders or disconnected from the fittings, which shortens the entire repair process.
  • Material Compatibility – metal and plastic in one tool, from soft copper to stainless steel and cast iron, eliminating the need to switch between saws and scissors depending on the type of piping. For harder materials, pressure is applied more slowly, while for plastic piping, the cut progresses faster with fewer turns.
  • Adjustable Wheel – the grooved controller is tightened with a thumb in small increments, allowing for control of the cutting depth without crushing the pipe wall. Thin-walled pipes remain round, ensuring that the joint fits precisely around the entire circumference later.
  • Cut Guidance – a pair of steel rollers keeps the pipe aligned and maintains the cut path in the same plane around the entire circumference. The rollers also prevent the wheel from slipping on smooth surfaces or on painted pipes.
  • Construction – a steel frame with a dark finish resists drops from the workbench and use in damp environments. The surface can be wiped clean with a cloth after use and requires no further maintenance or preservation.
  • Application Range – plumbing, heating, cooling, pneumatic systems, and minor engineering modifications of pipe components. It is useful for renovations, regular servicing, and in a home workshop for small repairs.
