The Mini JT0 chuck is designed for small drill bits and grinding attachments, which are too large for a standard chuck. The clamping range of 0.3 to 4 mm accommodates very thin shanks, allowing it to grip a drill bit with a diameter of a few tenths of a millimetre. The set includes not only the chuck but also an arbor that connects it to the 3.17 mm shaft, making it compatible with small motors featuring this shaft. The grip is secured by three jaws that encircle the shank completely, keeping it centred during rotation. The body measures 33 mm in height and 21 mm in width, making it suitable for use on a table for fine work.

Fine drilling and grinding have different requirements than standard workshop tasks, as tool shanks tend to be thin and can bend or spin if not secured properly. The Mini chuck with its trio of jaws grips the thin shank around its circumference, keeping it aligned, so the tool tip does not shake and the cutting path remains clean. The 20 mm long arbor attaches to the shaft and is secured with side screws, thus connecting the entire assembly to a motor or small machine. The range up to 4 mm covers tasks such as drilling holes in plastic parts, cleaning small edges, or modifying models where careful work is needed without excessive force. Thanks to the included chuck key and Allen key, the set is ready to use straight out of the box, as no additional tools are needed for attachment or tightening. After finishing work, the chuck can be removed from the shaft by loosening the side screws, and the entire set of four parts can be stored together in one box. This way, the chuck remains handy for occasions when a tool needs to be secured that is too delicate for a standard drill.

How do I return goods?

If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).
