The storage can be used in a home photovoltaic setup, at a cottage, in a workshop, or as a backup during power outages. Energy 5.12 kWh will cover the typical evening consumption of a household, that is, the time when the panels are no longer producing. The voltage of 51.2 V corresponds to standard hybrid inverters with a 48 V system, so the battery can be connected to most current setups. Lifespan 6000 cycles and more means that with one cycle daily, the storage will last for many years. The LCD display with buttons provides an overview of the cell status and temperature directly at the battery.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

How does it work?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
