Overview
Digital Caliper with a Range of 150 mm and an Accuracy of 0.01 mm with LCD Display Switching Between mm and Inches and Locking Screw

The digital caliper measures lengths up to 150 mm and displays the value on an LCD screen to two decimal places, eliminating the need to search for a scale reading on a vernier or to convert scale divisions. Operation is managed by three buttons below the display, where one switches between millimetres and inches, the second turns the caliper on and off, and the third sets the zero at any position of the jaws. The lower jaws are used for measuring external dimensions, while the upper blades measure internal diameters and holes, making this one tool suitable for common workshop and home tasks from checking screws to measuring the internal diameter of pipes. The slide is controlled by a wheel under the display, allowing for smooth and jerk-free movement towards the object, ensuring that the jaws are applied with the same force during each measurement. The locking screw on top fixes the slider in the achieved position, preventing the measurement from changing when removing the caliper from the component, allowing the value to be noted down calmly.

  • Measurement Range up to 150 mm – the scale on the ruler is marked in both millimetres and inches, covering common dimensions from small screws and drills to fifteen-centimetre parts that are otherwise measured with a tape measure.
  • Resolution of 0.01 mm – the display shows two decimal places, allowing for the comparison of differences that would only be estimated on a traditional vernier scale depending on the angle of view.
  • LCD Display with Large Digits – the value is readable from above when working on a table or in hand, so the caliper does not need to be turned towards the light or brought closer to the eyes.
  • Switching Between mm and Inches – one button toggles between metric and imperial systems, making it easier to work with parts and drawings measured in inches and to purchase spare parts from abroad.
  • Zeroing at Any Position – the zero button can reset the display at any position along the slider's path, making it easy to measure the difference between two dimensions or the thickness of an addition.
  • Locking Screw Above the Display – once tightened, the slider remains in place, and the measured value does not change when setting the caliper down or carrying it for noting.
  • Jaws for Both External and Internal Dimensions – the lower pair wraps around the component externally, while the upper blades open within a hole, allowing the caliper to measure both width and internal diameter.
  • Stainless Steel Construction with Hardened Surfaces – the metal body of the caliper is rigid, and the measuring surfaces are hard, ensuring that the edges of the jaws do not wear out quickly and the caliper maintains accuracy even with frequent use.

Contents of the Package:

  • 1x Caliper
  • 1x Case

The caliper is useful in workshops, carpentry, modelling, home repairs, and when checking the dimensions of ordered parts. Before measuring, it is advisable to wipe the jaws, bring them together and press the zeroing button, as even a thin layer of dust or shavings can shift the result. The component should be held lightly to avoid flexing the jaws, ensuring that the measured dimension corresponds to reality. After use, the caliper should be returned to the case with a shaped insert, where the jaws are protected from impact and bending. If the caliper is not used for an extended period, it is advisable to turn it off with the off button and store it in a dry place to prevent stains from forming on the metal surfaces.
