The scissors have a short blade measuring only 10 mm with a rounded tip, which trims the nail without poking the delicate skin. After trimming, you can smooth the edges with the glass file that has a fine surface and rounded edges, preventing scratching. The tweezers have a rounded tip, non-slip gripping surfaces, and automatically open when released. The owl case consists of a base where the tools slide in and a lid that covers them. Ideally, trim nails when the baby is calm or asleep, and gently hold their hand. Newborns often have very soft nails, so it may be sufficient to gently file the edges. The clippers are more suitable for older babies and toddlers who already have firmer nails. The tweezers can be used for removing small dirt or splinters. How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

How does it work?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
