Overview
60 W Fibre Laser Without LightBurn Software with Lens for 200 x 200 mm Field, Column Attachment and Frequency of 1 to 4000 kHz with Air Cooling

The marking machine with 60 W fibre laser engraves text, numbers, logos, and data codes directly onto the surface of metals and hard plastics. The source with a wavelength of 1064 nm offers a frequency of 1 to 4000 kHz and a pulse width of 2 to 500 ns, allowing the settings to adapt to both hard and sensitive materials. Galvo scanners direct the beam at speeds of up to 8000 mm/s with repeatability under 13 µrad, ensuring consistent series output. Included is an F-Theta lens for a 200 x 200 mm field and a column attachment that raises the marking head above the work surface. Cooling is managed by air, connection to a computer is via USB, and this variant does not include a LightBurn software licence, marking is done with the supplied BSL Lite programme with CorFile2 correction.

  • 60 W power source – higher nominal output reduces the time of a single pass and regulation from 1 to 100 % covers fine light markings as well as deeper engravings depending on the hardness of the surface and font size.
  • Wide frequency range – settings from 1 to 4000 kHz allow for the pulse to be matched to specific metals, plastics, and the desired shade of the resulting mark, without needing to change the optics.
  • Short pulse from 2 ns – the pulse length can be selected between 2 and 500 ns, which helps with thin layers, small text, and fine lines and data codes on a small area.
  • Included optics for 200 x 200 mm field – the supplied F-Theta lens expands the working area, allowing for larger pieces or multiple parts to fit beneath the head, covering the entire set in one pass.
  • Column attachment – the stand extension raises the head above the table, freeing up space for bulky items or for fixtures that would not align under the basic height of the head to the focal point.
  • Air-cooled unit – operation does not require a tank, hoses, or fluid replacement, the marking head has an IP54 rating and the laser unit has an IP20 rating, making the assembly suitable for regular workshop use.
  • Supplied BSL Lite programme – control runs via USB from a computer with Windows XP, Vista, 7, 10, or 11, field alignment is ensured by the CorFile2 tool, and the LightBurn licence can be added separately if already in use by the operator.

Contents of the package:

  • 1x fibre laser marking machine
  • 1x F-Theta lens for 200 x 200 mm field
  • 1x column attachment

The machine is suitable for engraving, metal production, label and nameplate manufacturers, and operations where tools, moulds, and spare parts are described on demand. It is placed on a workbench, the item is positioned under the head, and the height is adjusted via the column according to its thickness, with the same settings repeatable for the next batch. Power is provided by single-phase mains 110-230 V at 50/60 Hz with a consumption of up to 400 W and the environment should be between +5 to +35 °C with humidity up to 90 % without condensation. A test piece quickly verifies what frequency, speed, and power provide the desired depth and contrast. The mark is created directly in the material without colours, films, or adhesive labels, so the operation is without consumables and costs only involve electricity and operator time.
