Overview
60 W Fibre Laser with Rotary Axis, Chuck, Lens for 200 x 200 mm Field, Column Extension and Pulse 2 to 500 ns without LightBurn Software

The set with 60 W fibre laser and rotary axis with chuck marks flat parts as well as items with a round cross-section. The chuck grips the tube, mug or ring and rotates it under the beam, allowing the mark to flow smoothly around the entire circumference. The source at a wavelength of 1064 nm offers frequency of 1 to 4000 kHz and pulse of 2 to 500 ns, enabling settings to adapt to both metal and hard plastic. The assembly includes an F-Theta lens for a 200 x 200 mm field and a column extension that raises the marking head above a higher clamped piece. The machine cools with air, connects to a computer via USB, and this variant does not include a LightBurn software licence, marking is done with the supplied BSL Lite program with CorFile2 correction.

  • Rotary clamping of parts – the motorised axis with chuck moves the object at a precise angle, ensuring the inscription circles the entire circumference without manual rewinding and without a visible joint where the text closes.
  • Power over 60 W – the nominal output exceeds 60 W and regulation from 1 to 100 % allows selection between light shade, dark contrast and deeper engraving depending on the surface hardness and font size.
  • Pulse setting of 2 to 500 ns – shorter pulses help with thin layers and fine lines, while longer pulses are suitable for coarser surfaces and more pronounced marks, with the optics remaining the same.
  • F-Theta optics included – the 200 x 200 mm field accommodates larger pieces and a set of smaller parts side by side, so one pass covers the entire batch and saves on clamping and refocusing.
  • Lifting the marking head – the column extension extends the stand and frees up space above the rotary axis and above a bulky item that would not align with the focal point under the basic height of the head.
  • Precise beam guidance – galvo scanners operate at speeds of up to 8000 mm/s with repeatability under 13 urad, ensuring that pieces from the same series come out the same even with small text and data codes.
  • Control via BSL Lite program – runs via USB from a computer with Windows XP, Vista, 7, 10 and 11, the field is aligned using the CorFile2 tool, and the LightBurn licence can be purchased separately by the operator if already in use.

Contents of the package:

  • 1x fibre laser marking machine
  • 1x rotary axis with chuck
  • 1x F-Theta lens for 200 x 200 mm field
  • 1x column extension

The assembly is suitable for engraving shops, metalworking, jewellery manufacturers, and operations where tools, labels, cases, and mugs are customised. The rotary axis is placed on the workbench, the part is clamped in the chuck, and the height of the head is adjusted along the column according to its diameter. The recommended environment is +5 to +35 °C with humidity up to 90 % without condensation and power is supplied by a single-phase network of 110-230 V at 50/60 Hz with a consumption of up to 400 W. Before starting a series run, it is advisable to verify the rotations and power on a test piece to ensure the end of the inscription aligns precisely with its beginning. The marking head has an IP54 rating and the laser unit has an IP20 rating, with the marking being created directly in the material without colours and glued labels, thus the operation does not consume additional materials.
