The 60 W marking kit comes with a LightBurn software licence and a rotary axis with chuck, allowing it to cover flat parts as well as pieces with a round cross-section. The design can be drawn or imported in one environment and sent directly to the marking process, which engraves directly onto the surface. The source with a wavelength of 1064 nm operates at a frequency of 1 to 4000 kHz and a pulse width of 2 to 500 ns, making it suitable for both metal and hard plastic settings. The package also includes an F-Theta lens for a 200 x 200 mm area and a column extension for higher mounting of the marking head above the work surface. Cooling is provided by air, and connection to a computer is via USB, with power supplied by a single-phase network of 110-230 V at 50/60 Hz with a maximum input power of 400 W.

- Circumferential marking – the chuck of the rotary axis grips the tube, ring, or mug and rotates it at a chosen angle, allowing the text to wrap around seamlessly without manual rewinding and without visible breaks.
- 1064 nm fibre source – rated output over 60 W and regulation from 1 to 100 % determine whether a light shade, dark contrast, or deeper engraving is produced depending on the surface hardness and font size.
- Expanded area to 200 x 200 mm – the included lens enlarges the working area, allowing one pass to engrave a large part or several smaller pieces side by side, saving on clamping and refocusing during repeated batches.
- Adjustable head height – the extension lengthens the column and raises the optics, allowing bulky objects clamped in the rotary axis or higher fixtures to reach the focal point.
- Repeatability under 13 urad – precise beam guidance along with speeds of up to 8000 mm/s maintains consistent font shape even for small markings, fine lines, and data codes.
- IP54 and IP20 rating – the marking head and laser unit can withstand typical workshop conditions, and air cooling eliminates the need for tanks, hoses, and regular fluid changes.

The control works with Windows XP, Vista, 7, 10, and 11, and the test piece can quickly be tuned for speed, rotation, and power, ensuring the end of the inscription meets its beginning. The marking occurs directly in the material without colours, films, or adhesive labels, allowing operation without consumables, and the laser with the chuck and wider optics covers flat and cylindrical pieces from one package.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.

- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
