Overview
60 W Fibre Laser with LightBurn Software and Lens for 200 x 200 mm Area with Column Extension Pulse 2 to 500 ns and Air Cooling

The 60 W fibre marking machine comes with a LightBurn software licence, allowing the template to be drawn, arranged into batches, and sent for marking in one environment. The beam with a wavelength of 1064 nm engraves the mark directly into the surface, ensuring that the marking withstands abrasion, washing, and contact with solvents. The frequency can be selected in the range of 1 to 4000 kHz and the pulse length between 2 and 500 ns, which covers metals, coated parts, and hard plastics. The assembly includes an F-Theta lens for a 200 x 200 mm area along with a column extension that raises the head above larger pieces. The machine cools with air, communicates with the computer via USB, and is powered from a single-phase network of 110-230 V at 50/60 Hz with a power consumption of up to 400 W.

  • LightBurn included – the complete licence covers drawing, importing, and arranging templates into series, and the included CorFile2 tool handles the comparison of marking fields, eliminating the need to source and purchase a separate programme.
  • 60 W Laser at 1064 nm – rated output over 60 W and regulation from 1 to 100 % allows for choosing between light shades, dark contrasts, and deeper engravings depending on surface hardness and font size.
  • Tuning of pulse and frequency – the range of 1 to 4000 kHz along with a pulse of 2 to 500 ns helps to tune the mark for thin layers, small fonts, data codes, and rougher surfaces without changing optics.
  • Optics for 200 x 200 mm Area – the included lens expands the working area, allowing a single pass to mark a large part or an entire set of smaller pieces side by side, saving clamping and refocusing time in repeated batches.
  • Extended Stand Column – the extension raises the head and frees up space for bulky objects or fixtures that would not fit under the basic height of the head to the focal point.
  • Marking up to 8000 mm/s – the rapid deflection of galvo scanners with repeatability under 13 urad shortens the cycle and maintains the same font shape across the entire batch even with fine lines.
  • No Cooling Water Required – thanks to air cooling, there is no need for a tank or hoses, the marking head has an IP54 rating and the laser unit has an IP20 rating, making the assembly suitable for regular workshop operation without special preparation.

Contents of the Package:

  • 1x fibre laser marking machine
  • 1x F-Theta lens for 200 x 200 mm area
  • 1x column extension
  • 1x LightBurn software licence

The assembly is aimed at engraving shops, metal production, manufacturers of nameplates and labels, as well as operations where tools, moulds, and custom spare parts are marked. The machine is placed on a workbench, the piece is aligned under the head, and the focus is fine-tuned using the column, with the same settings being returnable for the next batch. The recommended environment is +5 to +35 °C with humidity up to 90 % without condensation, making it suitable for a typical dry workshop without high dust levels. The control works with Windows XP, Vista, 7, 10, and 11, and a test piece quickly finds the combination of frequency, speed, and power for the desired result. The mark is created directly in the material without colours, films, or adhesive labels, so the operation does not consume any colours or adhesive labels and only incurs electricity and operator time costs.
