The 50 W fibre laser marking machine comes with a LightBurn software licence, enabling graphics to be prepared and sent for marking in a single environment. The beam with a wavelength of 1064 nm marks directly into the surface, creating a mark that is resistant to abrasion and washing. The source provides a nominal output of 51 W and a frequency of 45 to 170 kHz with a pulse width of 100 ns at 45 kHz. The included F-Theta lens opens a working area of 200 x 200 mm, and the column extension raises the head to accommodate taller objects. Cooling is provided by air, connectivity to the computer is via USB, and it is powered from a single-phase network of 110-230 V at 50/60 Hz with a consumption of up to 400 W.
- Complete Control Environment – the LightBurn licence is included, designs can be drawn, imported, and arranged into batches, and the field can be aligned using the supplied CorFile2 tool, eliminating the need for a separate programme.
- Permanent Mark on Metal – the marking occurs directly in the material, ensuring it withstands handling, washing, and contact with solvents, and it will not peel off like a label or print that needs to be renewed over time.
- 51 W Output with Regulation – power can be adjusted from 1 to 100 %, allowing for a choice between light shades, dark contrasts, and deeper engravings depending on the hardness of the surface and the size of the font.
- Working Area of 200 x 200 mm – the expanded field can accommodate larger pieces as well as a set of smaller parts side by side, saving on clamping and re-focusing during repeated batches, with one pass covering the entire series.
- Extension for Taller Parts – the column extension raises the marking head and frees up space for bulky items or for fixtures under the focus that would not align under the basic head height.
- 100 ns Pulse at 45 kHz – combined with speeds of up to 8000 mm/s and repeatability under 13 µrad, it maintains the same shape for text even with small marks, fine lines, and data codes.
- Dry Operation without Coolant – air cooling does not require a tank or hoses, the marking head has an IP54 rating and the laser unit has an IP20 rating, making the assembly suitable for standard workshop operations.

The assembly is aimed at engraving shops, metal manufacturing, manufacturers of nameplates and labels, as well as operations where tools, moulds, and spare parts are marked on demand. The machine is placed on a table, the object is positioned under the head, and the height is adjusted along the column according to its thickness, with the same settings repeatable for the next batch. The recommended ambient temperature is +5 to +35 °C with humidity up to 90 % without condensation, making it suitable for a typical dry workshop without high dust levels. Connectivity works with Windows XP, Vista, 7, 10, and 11, and on a test piece, it is quickly verified what speed and power provide the desired contrast. Marking occurs without colours, films, or adhesive labels, allowing operation without consumables, with costs consisting only of electricity and operator time.

How do I return goods?

If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).
