Overview
30 W Pro Laser Marking Machine with 1064 nm Fibre Source Lens for 200 x 200 mm Field and Column Extension without LightBurn Software

The Pro version is built on a 30 W fibre source, which marks the surface directly, making the result impossible to wipe off or peel away. The assembly consists of a laser unit with a switch and a marking head on a column, which moves up and down according to the height of the workpiece. The flat work surface with a regular hole grid facilitates the clamping of fixtures, allowing repeated pieces to be placed in the same spot. The assembly includes an F-Theta lens with a working field of 200 x 200 mm and a column extension that raises the head higher above the table. The laser operates at a wavelength of 1064 nm, is air-cooled, and therefore does not require a water circuit or any additional unit next to the table. Control is done from a Windows computer connected via USB, with power adjustable from 1 to 100% depending on the material. LightBurn software is not included in this variant, so it operates with the supplied marking program and correction tool for field alignment.

  • Pro version with 30 W power – the fibre source marks without ink or labels, so only electricity and prepared graphics are needed for operation, and the result remains readable even after cleaning the part.
  • Column with sliding head – the marking head is adjusted to the height of the part, fine-tuning the focus without needing to raise the workpiece, and the same setting can be repeated for the next series.
  • Work surface with hole grid – the holes are used for securing fixtures and stops, which is useful when marking series of identical pieces.
  • Computer control – connection via USB and operation in a Windows environment, where text, graphics, and the sequence of steps including piece numbering are set.
  • F-Theta lens for 200 x 200 mm field – a larger marking area accommodates larger parts or multiple pieces placed side by side at once.
  • Column extension – the stand extension raises the head higher, allowing taller objects and fixtures to fit into the working area.
  • Air cooling – operation without a water circuit reduces maintenance and minimises preparation time before work.
  • Without LightBurn software – this variant accounts for the supplied marking program, or potentially a personal licence if the operator is accustomed to working elsewhere.

Package contents:

  • 1x fibre laser marking machine
  • 1x F-Theta lens for 200 x 200 mm field
  • 1x column extension

The machine is suitable for workshops, small production, service, and operations where tools, labels, parts, and promotional items are marked. Work begins by securing the part to the table, fine-tuning the head along the column, and sending the prepared graphics from the computer, which takes just a few minutes. The ideal environment is a standard workshop room without high dust levels, with a temperature above freezing and without condensing moisture. Before a series run, it is advisable to verify the settings on a test piece to ensure contrast, depth, and time required for a single piece are correct. The combination of a 30 W fibre source and air cooling means operation without consumables and without a cooling circuit, which reflects in costs and time spent on maintenance. Additionally, the machine fits on a standard workshop table, so it does not require a separate workstation.
