The Pro version marking assembly also comes with a LightBurn software licence, allowing graphics and text to be prepared and sent to the machine in one environment. The rotary axis with chuck grips the round part and rotates it during engraving, ensuring the pattern continues smoothly around the entire circumference of a mug, tube or ring. The fibre source with 30 W power and a wavelength of 1064 nm burns the mark directly into the material, making it resistant to solvents or frequent use of the part. It also includes an F-Theta lens for a working field of 200 x 200 mm and a column extension that raises the head higher to accommodate taller fixtures. Cooling is provided by air, control runs via USB from a Windows computer, and power is adjustable from 1 to 100% depending on the hardness of the surface being engraved.
- LightBurn Software – the licence is included in the package, allowing designs to be drawn, imported, and compiled into series directly in one programme, eliminating the need to seek external solutions or transfer files between multiple applications.
- Rotating Round Parts – the chuck of the rotary axis grips the tube or ring, and the motor moves it under the beam, allowing the text to encircle the entire circumference without manual repositioning and without a visible break at the point where the engraving closes.
- 30 W Fibre Source – the 1064 nm wavelength handles metals and hard plastics, and smooth power adjustment from 1 to 100% determines whether a light shade, a strong dark contrast, or a deeper engraving noticeable to the touch is produced.
- Larger Marking Field – the included F-Theta lens covers an area of 200 x 200 mm, allowing for the engraving of larger pieces or several smaller pieces aligned next to each other in one pass, reducing time for repeated series.
- Higher Head Mounting – the column extension raises the optics above the table and facilitates focusing on parts clamped high in the rotary axis as well as on bulkier shapes that would not fit under the basic height of the head.
- Operation Without Water – air cooling eliminates the need for a tank, hoses, and fluid replacement, allowing the assembly to be powered on and operate almost immediately, without waiting for the circuit to cool and without regular coolant maintenance.

Before starting, simply place the rotary axis on the table, clamp the part, adjust the head height along the column, and set the speed, power, and number of passes in the software. A dry workshop with a temperature above zero and without dusty operations is recommended to keep the optics clean, maintain a consistent focus, and ensure the result is uniform across the entire area. The ratio of rotation speed to power is fine-tuned on a test piece to ensure the end of the inscription precisely meets its beginning and the width of the font does not change around the circumference. Thanks to the combination of laser, rotary axis, wider lens, and complete software in one package, marking can begin without consumables that would need to be continuously purchased.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
