The assembly can mark flat plates as well as round parts, as the laser is equipped with a rotary axis that rotates the clamped object. Text, logos, or serial numbers can thus be developed around the entire circumference of a tube, mug, or casing without manual re-rotation. The laser source with a power of 30 W operates at a wavelength of 1064 nm, a frequency of 40-60 kHz, and a pulse width of 100 ±10 ns at 45 kHz. The graphics are prepared by LightBurn software, which is included, supplemented by the marking program BSL Lite with the correction tool CorFile2. A Windows computer from XP to Windows 11 connects to the machine via USB cable, eliminating the need for a separate control panel. The working area changes according to the installed F-Theta lens and corresponds to areas of 110 x 110 mm, 175 x 175 mm, or 200 x 200 mm.
- Rotation for Round Parts – the chuck holds the object by the circumference and the motor smoothly rotates it, allowing the marking to follow the entire circumference even on longer tubes.
- LightBurn Included – preparation of backgrounds, layout, and sending to the machine runs in one program without purchasing a license, so work can begin immediately after installation.
- Power 30 W and 1064 nm – regulation from 1 to 100 % allows changing the depth and contrast according to the material and desired result, from fine marking to pronounced engraving.
- Galvo Scanner – marking speed of 8000 mm/s, repeatability under 13 µrad, and positioning speed of 12 m/s at F=160 mm reduce time per piece.
- Choice of Lens – by changing the F-Theta lens, the field is set to 110 x 110 mm, 175 x 175 mm, or 200 x 200 mm according to the size of the parts and the desired detail.
- Operation and Power Supply – air cooling, mains 110-230 V and 50/60 Hz with a power consumption of up to 400 W, IP54 protection at the head and IP20 at the laser unit.

This assembly is suitable for workshops, small production, or operations that mark tools, rings, casings, labels, or custom jewellery. The marking head moves along the column, allowing it to focus according to the height or diameter of the clamped piece, and holes in the work surface assist with the clamping of fixtures. The suitable environment is a standard workshop with a temperature of +5 to +35 °C and humidity up to 90 % without condensation, away from heavily dusty operations. Before serial work, it is advisable to verify the rotation speed and power on a test piece to ensure the text around the circumference aligns precisely. The rotary axis, along with the included software, means that the assembly can be set up and used without additional purchases of accessories. Marking also occurs without colours and labels, so only electricity and prepared graphics are needed for operation.

How do I return goods?

If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).
