Overview
50 W Fibre Laser with Rotary Axis, Chuck and Air Cooling with Lens for 200 x 200 mm Field and Column Extension without LightBurn Software

The set with 50 W fibre laser and rotary axis with chuck describes flat parts as well as items with a round cross-section. The chuck grips the mug, tube or casing and rotates it under the beam, allowing the inscription to circle the entire circumference in one pass. The source operates at a wavelength of 1064 nm with a frequency of 45 to 170 kHz and marks at speeds of up to 8000 mm/s. Additionally, the package includes an F-Theta lens for a 200 x 200 mm field and a column extension that raises the head above taller clamped parts. Cooling is provided by air, power is supplied by a single-phase network of 110-230 V at 50/60 Hz with a consumption of up to 400 W, and instead of LightBurn software, the supplied program BSL Lite and the correction tool CorFile2 are used.

  • Description of Round Parts – the rotary axis with chuck rotates the clamped item, allowing the text or logo to follow around the entire circumference without manual re-rotation and without a visible joint where the description closes.
  • Power 50 W – nominal output of 51 W and regulation from 1 to 100 % allows selection between a fine light mark and a deeper engraving depending on the hardness of the material, font size, and desired contrast.
  • Frequency 45 to 170 kHz – the wide range of settings helps to match the pulse to the surface, with a pulse width of 100 ns at 45 kHz and repeatability remaining below 13 microns, ensuring that repeated pieces come out the same.
  • Marking Field 200 x 200 mm – the included F-Theta lens expands the working area, allowing a larger piece or several smaller parts to fit under the head and one pass covers the entire set.
  • Column Extension – the stand extension raises the marking head higher, allowing it to focus above the rotary axis or above a bulky item with a large diameter that would not fit under the base height.
  • Air Cooling – operation does not require a water tank and hoses, the marking head has an IP54 rating and the laser unit has an IP20 rating, eliminating the need for a cooling circuit and regular fluid replenishment.
  • Without LightBurn Software – this variant is controlled by the supplied BSL Lite program via USB from a Windows computer, and the field is aligned using the CorFile2 tool, so the operator can optionally obtain their own LightBurn license separately.

Package Contents:

  • 1x F-Theta lens for 200 x 200 mm field
  • 1x column extension

This assembly is suitable for workshops, custom manufacturing, and operations where metal parts, tools, labels, mugs, casings, or custom jewellery are marked. The recommended environment is +5 to +35 °C with relative humidity up to 90 % without condensation, so a regular dry workshop room without high dust levels is sufficient. The rotary axis is placed on the workbench, the part is clamped in the chuck, and the head height is adjusted along the column according to its diameter. Before a series run, it is advisable to check the rotation speed and power on a test piece to ensure the marking on the circumference aligns precisely and the depth corresponds to the surface. The combination of a 50 W laser with a rotary axis, wider lens, and column extension covers flat and cylindrical parts, and since the marking is done directly into the material, operation is without consumables and only incurs electricity and operator time.
