The 3D atomised water vapour fireplace is a decorative indoor fireplace that mimics flames using ultrasonic water atomisation and LED lighting with the original flame colour (orange-red tone of classic fire). The external dimensions of the device are 120 x 24 x 20 cm, the internal flame length is approximately 116 cm, and the recess for built-in installation measures 117 x 21 x 23 cm. The frame is made of stainless steel with tempered glass for visibility, and the flames are created by atomising water into fine droplets and illuminating them with LEDs from the rear bottom. This version operates only with the original flame colour in a classic orange-red tone without colour changes. The height of the flame is adjustable in six levels using the included remote control, touch panel, or mobile app via WiFi.

The fireplace is installed in a prepared opening in a recess, in a television wall, or in a plasterboard construction in the living room, dining room, bedroom, or hotel room according to product information. It requires horizontal mounting on a solid base, the opening for installation must be slightly larger than the bottom part of the fireplace and smaller than the top panel for the fireplace to fit properly into the groove. The power supply is introduced from a separately purchased electrical socket, which the manufacturer recommends placing to the right side of the opening. The fireplace operates with clean or distilled water (purified water), the manufacturer recommends not using hard tap water to prolong the lifespan of the ultrasonic atomiser. This version with the original flame colour displays flames in a constant orange-red shade that corresponds to the appearance of a classic wooden or gas fireplace without the option to change colour.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
