Overview
30 W Pro Fibre Laser with Rotary Axis, Chuck Lens for 200 x 200 mm Area and Column Extension Without LightBurn Software

The Pro version set addresses the marking of flat surfaces as well as round parts, as it includes a rotary axis with a chuck in addition to the laser. The clamped tube, mug, or ring rotates during marking, allowing text and graphics to encircle the entire circumference without manual repositioning and without a visible transition at the joint. The fibre source with 30 W power operates at a wavelength of 1064 nm and marks directly onto the surface, without ink, without foils, and without adhesive labels. The assembly also includes an F-Theta lens with a working area of 200 x 200 mm for larger pieces and a column extension that raises the marking head higher above the table, freeing up space for bulkier fixtures. The machine is air-cooled, connects to a Windows computer via USB, and the power can be adjusted in the range of 1 to 100%, with LightBurn software not included in this variant, so it operates with the supplied marking program and a correction tool for field alignment.

  • Rotary axis with chuck – the motor rotates the clamped part, and the marking continues around the entire circumference, which is useful for tubes, casings, and jewellery, where the text or pattern wraps around.
  • Pro version with 30 W laser – power control from 1 to 100% allows for adjusting depth and contrast according to the material and font size, from small series marks to large logos across the entire area.
  • Lens for 200 x 200 mm area – the included F-Theta lens expands the marking area, allowing larger parts or multiple pieces to fit under the head, covering the entire set in one go.
  • Column extension – the stand extension raises the head, allowing it to focus even above a taller fixture with the rotary axis or above a bulky part that would otherwise not fit under the head.
  • Air cooling – operation does not require a water circuit, eliminating the need for a cooling unit and its regular cleaning and refilling, and the machine is ready immediately after switching on.
  • Without LightBurn software – this variant comes with the supplied marking program, or it can be used with an existing licence if the operator already has one.

Package contents:

  • 1x fibre laser marking machine
  • 1x rotary axis with chuck
  • 1x F-Theta lens for 200 x 200 mm area
  • 1x column extension

The assembly is suitable for workshops, custom production, and operations where tools, rings, casings, labels, or custom gift items are marked. The rotary axis is placed on the workbench, the part is clamped into it, the head is focused along the column according to the diameter of the object, and the same settings can be repeated for other pieces from the same series. The environment should be a typical workshop room without high dust levels, with a temperature above freezing and without condensing moisture, to keep the optics clean and ensure consistent marking. Before starting a series run, it is advisable to check the rotation speed and power on a test piece to ensure that the marking on the circumference aligns precisely and the depth corresponds to the material. The combination of the rotary axis, larger area, and column extension means that the assembly can cover flat and cylindrical parts without needing to purchase additional components, and since marking occurs without consumables, operation costs only electricity and operator time.
