The fibre laser with 30 W power and 1064 nm wavelength is designed for permanent marking without consumables, as the marking occurs directly on the surface. The beam is guided by a galvo scanner, which achieves marking speeds of up to 8000 mm/s and repeatability below 13 µrad. The size of the working area depends on the lens used, ranging from 110 x 110 mm to 175 x 175 mm and up to 200 x 200 mm. The laser source operates at a frequency of 40-60 kHz and a pulse width of 100 ±10 ns at 45 kHz, with air cooling, eliminating the need for a water circuit. The machine connects to a computer via USB and is compatible with Windows systems from XP to Windows 11. The marking software BSL Lite and the correction tool CorFile2 are complemented by support for LightBurn, which is not included in this delivery and needs to be arranged separately.

- Air Cooling – operation without a water circuit reduces maintenance requirements, the machine does not need an external cooling unit and takes up less space on the table.
- USB and Windows Connectivity – control runs on a computer with Windows XP to Windows 11 via BSL Lite software and CorFile2 correction.
- Power Supply 110-230 V and Consumption up to 400 W – single-phase connection 50/60 Hz with IP54 protection for the marking head and IP20 for the laser unit.

The machine is suitable for workshops, production, and smaller operations where parts, labels, tools, or promotional items are marked one by one. It should operate in an environment with a temperature of +5 to +35 °C and relative humidity up to 90% without condensation, typical for a workshop. The marking head moves along the column, allowing for height adjustment of the item, and the flat work surface with holes facilitates the clamping of fixtures. The software is installed on a computer that connects to the machine via a USB cable, eliminating the need for a separate control panel. LightBurn is not included in this variant, so it is assumed that the supplied BSL Lite or a personal license is used if the operator employs it. The combination of 30 W power, fast galvo scanner, and air cooling makes this machine a solution for everyday marking of smaller series.

How do I return goods?

- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.

If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).
